--Cash Manager, Real Estate Developer Atlanta.  National publicly-traded company desires incumbent with five years experience in real estate banking desiring greater opportunity outside banking.  Incumbent will manage 150 bank accounts, handle reconciliations and analyze cash-flow on land acquisitions and development.  Position reports to Corporate Treasurer and intent is to promote to succeed within two years.  Compensation base mid 70's to mid 80's or higher.

--Office/Industrial Leasing Manager, Major National Real Estate Developer/Asset Manager Atlanta.  Aggressive Acquisition plans require Leasing Managers for Office and Industrial Properties in Metro Area.  Client prefers Brokerage background for Industrial Properties, and Management Company experience for Office Properties.  Base in five figures, with incentives based on performance.  Client taking advantage of market, and looking for experience and contacts, offering entry into development.

--Credit Analyst, Doraville/Gwinett, De Novo Bank Atlanta.  One to three years experience utilizing accounting, financial statement analysis, credit reports in order to underwrite small business loans for growing (and profitable) community bank.  Financial institution experience not mandatory.  Competitive salary.

--Commercial Real Estate Underwriter/Relationship Manager (multiple positions), Regional Financial Institution Atlanta.  Middle-market experience to oversee existing portfolio and develop new business as appropriate and as market adjusts.  Prefer larger bank credit training.  Base compensation based on experience in $60-$100K range.

--Vice President, Commercial Bank Alpharetta, Lawrenceville (multiple positions. multiple institutions).  Nationally-chartered institutions seek Commercial & Industrial Business Development Officers with current esperience in Gwinnett, DeKalb, and Alpharetta markets.  Incumbent will develop $20M of business and manage portfolio, owner-occupied CRE acceptable also.  Base compensation to $125K for candidate with appropriate experience.

--Contract Workout Manager, Asset-Management Firm 20 years plus in local real estate marketplace, including residential, @$75K per hour + expenses.
