--Business Development Officer, Major International Consulting Firm Atlanta.  Performance Management Consultants seek individual to introduce services to CEO's of Fortune 1000 and Middle-Market Companies and to set appointments for direct sales and marketing staff.  Prefer incumbent with independent financial advisory sales experience of more than seven years.  Environment is sedentary, limited travel, with comfortable base and no cap on bonus potential.

--CFO, Private Equity Firm Atlanta.  Privately-held firm specializes in Healthcare Commercial Real Estate transactions, nationwide.  Incumbent responsible for financial reporting, investor reporting, investment management in an entrepreneurial, proactive environment.  Commercial Real Estate or Healthcare experience desireable, but process management experience is critical.  CPA designation preferred, with base compensation in low-to-mid $100's.  Growth is the goal in order to achieve even greater success in larger competitive efforts.

--Asset Manager (Loans), Institutional Investment Advisor Atlanta.  Focused on commercial real estate investing, the firm manages over $5 Billion in behalf of insurance companies, pension funds, et al.  The incumbent will focus on loan asset management, processing borrower requests, and loan valuations.  Position requires appropriate undergraduate degree and 2-7 years of experience in real estate finance or underwriting. : Argus familiarity and loan workout experience helpful for better than average salary and benefits.
